We know that this is an uncertain and unsettling time for everyone—not just in our local communities, but in communities all across the globe. We sincerely hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy.
We’d like to take a moment to address how treeStory is modifying our services to comply with necessary state-mandated social distancing and stay-at-home orders. In light of the latest recommendations from the Minnesota Society of Arboriculture and the Governor's office, treeStory has now resumed residential tree services, though our on-site processes have been changed in order to mitigate risk to community health.
TreeStory will continue to handle all communication with our customers over the phone, as opposed to in-person, face-to-face contact.
In order to minimize in-person contact, we’d like to invite all customers to use the photo upload feature on our site’s Quick Quote form. This enables our team to get a better idea of the scope of your project without the need for an on-site visit.
Our commercial operations, including utility work, ROW maintenance, and some road access projects, are also essential services and will continue as scheduled. Our crews are following health and safety guidelines set forth by the CDC.
If you need help with a tree problem, please reach out—a global health emergency doesn’t mean that day-to-day worries and concerns suddenly disappear, and that extends to the health of trees on your property. We will help if we can.
Stay well, and look out for one another.
