  • When will you be out here to do the work?

    We try to hand out notices within 2 weeks of work commencing, but that can be affected by weather or other factors.

  • What can I expect?

    Trees that are a hazard or could become a hazard and/or are within the cooperative's right of way may be trimmed or removed in order to ensure reliable power service throughout the system. Our TreeStory brand equipment and crew members will be on-site performing work - all marked with our TreeStory logo.

  • Do I need to be home?

    No you do not, but if there is a reason that you would like to be around, please send us your name, address and phone number and we will contact you before coming out.

  • What if I want additional work

    We are hired by the coop to do work to maintain their right of way. Work outside of this scope generally ends up requiring different equipment and we do not take it on.

  • I have a special request or need with my trees or property (Need to keep gate locked, certain tree to keep, maintain a wind break)

    Please fill out our Notes for Working at Your Property form and someone will be in contact with you to make sure these issues are accommodated as best as we can.
